In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the Basemap Gallery widget does not have a native "List" vs. "Gallery" toggle in its standard settings. It would be nice to set up the Basemap Gallery as a list, because it would be more compact and take up less space especially in cases when the preview of the map is not important to present.
