Add top, middle, and bottom alignment buttons for text

I'm sure this can be done with a combination of line spacing and style settings - but it would be helpful to just have auto-alignment options for the text available in the Text format settings.

For example, when I highlight the text in a (any) textbox

Have an option in the text settings similar to these buttonswhere it will automatically shifts the text to the top, center, or bottom
