Why is the Initial Extent not being Honoured in ArcGIS JavaScript API & ArcGIS Online Map Viewer
We recently upgraded to ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 into a new Window 10 Environment and have been recreating our services there. Since then I have noticed that the Initial Extent of all services (cached or dynamic) are not being honoured by the ArcGIS JavaScript API and ArcGIS Online Map Viewer. This is very irritating and not functional, using the ArcGIS JavaScript API and ArcGIS Online Map Viewer functions are the great way to test the services, but when you have services that are not visible at all extents, I find I having to zoom and pan around aimlessly looking for features.
The odd thing is when I add a service into new ArcMap session the Initial Extent is honoured.
Is there something I missed when publishing or something new in 10.6.1?
