Web ADF Runtime (.Net)

When I installed Web ADF Runtime (.Net), I received such a warning message:
[ATTACH=CONFIG]16323[/ATTACH]
However, in my CPU, the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ does exist.  [ATTACH=CONFIG]16324[/ATTACH]
What should I do?  Thanks.

After checking the CPU's setup, and checked on for some IIS items, it could be installed.  Thanks.
