I am working on installing the web adaptor on our dmz. The web adapter installed ok. The issue I am having is at the configuration page. I entered our ip address along with the port number of our gis server. entered all the administrator username and password. Then when I hit configure the url redirects me to a sub directory that doesn't exist. so it looks like this:
//website name/arcgis/webadaptor/webadaptor
why is it trying to redirect me to a subdirectory that isn't there. By adding the second "webadaptor" to the end of the url after I hit configure.
Any help would be great.
