Validation Process on Publishing Service

Hi Forum,

We are working on publishing many services in arcgis server,
And Validation Process will takes longer and longer,
Event after we stop running services, and publish new service.
( server workload already lighten ).

Is there any action, like to clean up any obstacle or junk.

My friend found, after reach such number services ( more than 200 ) in folder.
validation process become significantly slow, but not if service published in empty folder.

For illustration, from just 1 minutes, to more than 30 minutes when many services published.
is any one can gives me explanation about this situation ?

Just for notes, our  environment is, clustered arcgis server 10.1 with quite big memory.
