There is no Mapping capability when trying to publish a service

Hello.
I try to publish a service from ArcMAP (File - Share As - Service...), and when Service Editor appears, there is only one item in Capabilities list - Feature Access, but there is no other items (Mapping, KML, etc.). Why?

Are you trying to use the ArcGIS Server Basic Edition?

If so then Basic is very limited.  Try Standard or Advanced.
