System Log Parser "Data TimeSpan" showing 0 Days, 0 Hours, 0 Minutes, 0 Seconds

I've run system log parser using the ArcGIS Server (Web) mode and the ArcGIS Server (FS) and the following issue happens to both:
The Query TimeSpan is correct and shows the time span I entered in the query. However, the Data TimeSpan returns 0 Days, 0 Hours, 0 Minutes, 0 Seconds.
The log level is set to FINE, and I'm using all default settings in SLP. This happens regardless of the date/time range I enter and for all Analysis Types except for ErrorsOnly. For ErrorsOnly, the UTC data query times are correct, but the local time (AWST) data query times aren't:
Any else seen this? Any ideas what's happening?
