Slow opening of Portal (http://<machine name>/arcgis/sharing/rest/portals/self)

Hello,

I have WAB app upon Portal. It takes 2-3 seconds until the UI appear, network tracing shows 3 requests to http://<machine name>/arcgis/sharing/rest/portals/self,

each one is about 1.13s. This is test server, production server is OK.

What can be the reason?

I've checked out the network adapter issue described in:

What can I do else?
