Our search function stopped working recently for some reason. It works great when on our network:

Using the same account, when I try and access on a tablet in field maps or on a phone or out-of-network browser, the search doesn't work. I spent a decent amount of time making sure all the sharing is correct with all users. The following snip is from a browser link on my phone with no access to our network. The search function just spins and spins and doesn't work for our in-house built locator or the Esri World locator. Both snips are from the same app.

Our IT team thinks this has to do with some browser updates recently, but I wanted to put the word out to the community in case there is some setting we are missing internally.
