Does anyone know how to make changes to the SERVER_CONFIG (sde_server_config) parameters for SDE? I am having a frustrating time with DBMS connections timing out very fast and am hoping to resolve this.
I can't seem to do any of what the help files suggest since it seems that sdeconfig doesn't exist, isn't found, or hasn't been sourced properly?
