Hello everyone,
I would like to use the scale-based symbol classes in arcgis pro for a line layer. The dynamic legend works in ArcGIS Pro. The legend in ArcGIS Pro changes dynamically depending on the scale of the map and displays the corresponding symbolization of the layer. I publish the layer as a map image layer in our federated ArcGIS Enterprise in version 11.3. ArcGIS Pro is used in version 3.1.6.
But in the map viewer the legend is not dynamic and shows only one symbol for the map image layer for all the scales ranges.

I am pretty sure that with a map image layer in the map viewer the legend is dynamically adjusted, as is it the case in ArcGIS Pro.
Has anyone had the same experience?
