I am currently trying to manage an arcgis server that was created by someone else from my company, who has left and has handoverthe project to me, unfortunately without the necessary documentations. I would appreciate if someone sheds some light on the issue.
Just as a part of getting more familiar with the web server, all I tried was restarting the MAP Service. So now I am not able to start the service. I have verified that my server is running and it is connected to the ArcGIS. Please help!
