FOF ArcGIS Enterprise portal application is giving 500 internal server error.
Till 16th Sep 12:30 PM IST the application worked fine and after that it’s not working and giving 500 internal server error. We haven’t done any changes in FOF server.
When we have checked with web adaptor Url, it is showing that “Portal is not configured you’re your webadaptor ”.
But few weeks back, FOF portal application Azure VM and ArcGIS server were cloned and copied into new DEV Azure VM. ~12:45 PM IST (16th Sep) onwards the dev team has uninstalled/deleted components of portal application in their DEV servers which were cloned from FOF.
If we delete/uninstall the portal components in cloned DEV server will impact to the source system i.e. FOF?
Could you please help/guide us here to resolve this issue.
ArcGIS Enterprise version is 10.9.1
