Portal Content Missing: ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1

Hi everyone,

We have deployed ArcGIS Enterprise in a Highly Available Environment with the environment details as mentioned below. Portal for ArcGIS version 10.7.1 with 2 Portal Servers, 2 ArcGIS servers joined; having the Server Config files and Portal Content Directories in  a NFS (Network File Share) and a Primary and Secondary Relational ArcGIS Datastore. Everything was working fine, but today when I tried to browse the Portal Content directory, it is blank (Screenshot attached). When I checked the logs in Debug mode, I can see the error (screenshot attached). 

Environment Details:

ArcGIS Enterprise: 10.7.1

OS: RedHat Enterprise Linux 7.6

WebServer: Apache Tomcat 8.5.35

Could anyone give some insights on this please.

Same problem with unoe server on Windows server 12....

Any help is higly appreciated.

Hi..

In my case, i restarted all the machines and the issue is resolved.

However, I found this thread which says its fixed in 10.8. Please browse this to know more.

Solved reindexing portal as mentioned here:
