Payload url from Power Automate Workflow is non-reachable while creating webhook in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1

I am facing issue while tried to create webhook in ArcGIS Portal Directory of ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 but not able be paste payload URL from power automate workflow with 'when HTTP request is received trigger' as getting below error:

How can we fix this issue?
