I just found out that the image server extension is required to serve a mosaic dataset using ArcGIS Server Standard 10.1. We have roughly 6 years of countywide MrSID non-mosaicked compressed imagery at approximately 160 GB. What are my options for optimally serving this imagery in a map service?
