Monitor ArcGIS Server (AGS) Service Usage

To All AGS Users and Administrators:

I am using the python script that is referenced at:

Has anyone run this script, as is on their system, without any errors?

What type of ArcGIS Server account do you need to enter in order for the script to run properly (The PSA account ran with fewest errors, but Admin accounts in the config store did not work at all)?

The text file that I reference as input only has these entries:
Service,Number of hits,Average seconds per draw

Why do I not get stats for the past 24 hours?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
