Issue with ArcGIS Data Store Validation and RecoveryFailed Status

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue with the ArcGIS Data Store and would appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting it.

Enterprise Version - 12.1

When I try to validate the ArcGIS Data Store Relational Datastore from the ArcGIS Server Admin page, I receive the following error:

"Server machine returned an error. 'The requested resource could not be found in the system. Please check the parameters and try again."

However, when I validate the Relational Data Store from ArcGIS Server Manager, the validation completes successfully

Additionally, when I run the describedatastore.bat utility to check the ArcGIS Data Store status, it reports RecoveryFailed.

Are your hosted feature services functioning correctly?

Do you have a recent backup of your Relational Data Store?

Hi @JakeSkinner ,

Are your hosted feature services functioning correctly? - Yes all the Services running properly.

Recent Backup - We have VM level backup. Don't have the ArcGIS Datastore backup. We are tried to take backup after upgradation from 12.0 to 2.1 but at a certain point (approx. - 80%) of time its failed.
