IP's for Server.ArcGISOnline.com

Hi team,
I was just wondering if anyone had a complete list of all the IP's which Server.ArcGISOnline.com uses in the Akamai farm?

My IT Admin wants to firewall the IP Addresses for security and every few weeks the IP seems to be changing 😞
