Hello everyone,

I have proceeded for the ArcGIS Web Adaptor(10.1) installation (IIS) - Non SP1 - on a web server working under Windows Server 2012 Standard and I have the following problem:
I am about to start the ArcGIS Web Adaptor configuration process but I cannot seem to find the WebAdaptor folder as shown in the attached file :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArcGIS\WebAdaptor\IIS\Tools\ConfigureWebAdaptor.exe.

P.S:
I haven't installed ArcGIS Server 10.1 on the web server.

Please help.
Regards.

Hello,
Did you install web adaptor?

If you did, then just look through your programs list and find 'Web Adaptor'.  You should be able to do a search for it. That will take you to the configuration page. Thanks-

The 10.1 (non-SP1) web adaptor application is not supported on the Windows Server 2012 platform.  The system requirements are clear that support for 2012 and IIS 8 begins at 10.1 SP1.  Here is the source: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/system-requirements/10.1../index.html#//01510000007s000000

That being said, to verify that the web adaptor is installed properly and responding to requests you should make the following request via your web browser after installation completes:

http://servername.domain.int/arcgis/webadaptor (assumes 'arcgis' is the name of your web adaptor)
