how to fix the error when i start it gives error

ERROR: Server machine 'DELLPC' is currently being configured by another process. Please try again later.'
where "DELLPC" is my laptop name.
Please give me some suggestion, because i have faced a lot of issues in installing and the running Arcgis server 10.1 errors.

I've resolved that by uninstalling/reinstalling Server. I'm sure there is a better solution, if so, somebody please post
