Format Data on ArcGIS Enterprise Site

Hi all,

I have a problem with formatting dates on ArcGIS sites.

I added a statistic summary, showing the last date, but the format of the date is in US, I want to change it to day/month/year, because this is the format we follow.

I changed the data format on portal settings to UK format, but it still showing the data in US format.

I want the display to be 1/6/2022
