Hi,

I was trying to register our company's database (Not Geodatabase) to our ArcGIS Server but get the following error.

"Connection property set was missing a required property or the property value was unrecognized. Failure to access the DBMA server"

I can connect the database in Database connections section in ArcCatlog and my account has write permission. There is Geodatabase that successfully registered to the ArcGIS Server

Connection property set was missing a required property or the property value was unrecognized. Failure to access the DBMA server

Does anyone know the reason and the way to solve it? I can provide more details about my issue if needed.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks a lot!

It got resolved. Here is my problem:

When connect Database during registering with the ArcGIS Server, the instance should be the full name not Alias.
