Error in making Domain ArcGIS Server account in 10.3.1

Hello, I have created a active directory domain named ad.oasis.de and opened a admin account for arcgis server account named (ArcGIS-Administrator) please see the active directory view in follwoing image-

After then I was trying to make a domain based arcgis account using Configuration tool for ArcGIS server account. But could not and giving the following error message. What could the solution ?

Maybe you should you be using     OASIS\ArcGIS-Administrator   instead of   ad.oasis.de\ArcGIS-Administrator

Hi Luci, thanks for your advice but i have tried this also before but also not working. I used OASIS\ArcGIS-Administrator. I think I have some problem in connecttion between my client to server.
