Error handling service request: Could not initialize service

We are using ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Server. We just noticed our GP Services stopped working and when I started the service manually in ArcGIS Server Manager, we received the following "Service failed to start" error message. How can I fix this issue? Is there any particular patch that can possibly solve the problem?
