Data Reviewer - Point on Line custom relation check

Hi,

I would like to run a check on Data Reviewer that will allow me to check if the points (manholes) are snapped to the end vertices of the line (pipes) segments. How do I do this using custom relation functionality in data reviewer?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
