I am trying to create a single-machine 10.5 base WebGIS (Portal, Server, DataStore, Spatiotemporal BDS & WebAdaptor) in a VPC on AWS using CloudFormation. It processes for about 30 minutes and fails with the error message 'WaitCondition received failed message: 'Process chef-solo exit code : 1'
What is that telling me and how do I correct it?
