I was recently hired to work in a company that uses ArcGIS 9.3.1 with ArcFM through Citrix.  When I minimize an attribute table it dissapears - or so it seems.  I can open the attribute table again normally, use Cntrl+C, or add the open talbes command to my toolbar to work around the dissapearing table.    I would rather see the table minimize as it should and be placed in the lower left corner of my ArcGIS Desktop session.  Has anyone else had this issue working in Citrix.  Our administrator says it is normal when working through Citrix.

Travis,

I have not seen this with an attribute table but have heard of similar behavior with the Color Pallette for symbology where it reverts behind ArcMap. This issue is related to Seamless Windows in Citrix. The fix is to manipulate specific SeamlessFlags settings.

Reference http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX101644
HKLM\System\Current Control Set\Control\Citrix\Wfshell\TWI
Add SeamlessFlags (DWORD)

I am not sure which one fixes the issue but the value was set to HEX 2006 by a customer I was working with and that fixed it (I haven't personally seen the issue so unable to narrow down). I would be interested in hearing back if this fix helps in this case and also, which particular parameter.

  • Disable Modality Check

  • Disable Active Accessibility Hook

  • Disable Shell Hook Agent

Hope this helps....
