We just installed ArcGIS Enterprise on both our Test and Development Environments and I went to use Experience builder and when I went to drag and drop, none of the items I set up showed up. I have contacted ESRI support and was first told it was the patch for Portal for ArcGIS 11.5 Web Applications Patch which I promptly installed when it came out and cleared my cache as suggested by ESRI. This, however did not fix my issue. I went to try it again with a new one and had the same issue. I have gone ahead and checked my logs and get two errors index.js:69 Type Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'handleNewWidgetJson') and layout-builder.js:846 Type Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setting'). I've tried running a repair, reviewing and fixining the error at the JSON level, running a repair on software, and checked for any underlying issues in Portal, no such luck I have tried multiple machines and get the same results. I have a ticket in. If anyone has a suggestion, please help. thanks in advance, Andrew
