I have an ArcMap 10.1 MXD published as a Map Service in Server 10.1 using the same tiling scheme as ArcGIS online. At some cache levels only a potion of certain features are being rendered. In the attached image, Westlin Dr is a complete road and shouldn't be broken. At other zoom levels it displays correctly.
Any ideas?
