Based on the below documentation, we have three AMIs available (SQL Express on Windows, SQL Server on Windows, and PostgreSQL on Linux):

Introduction to Amazon Web Services terminology

http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#/Introduction_to_Amazon_Web_Services_termin...

While it is possible to deploy Oracle on the AWS Cloud, I don't think it is currently supported.

I was affraid of that answer.  In fact using AMI will not be possible, we will have to setup products manually

Has anybody heard anything more updated since 2015?  We use the AWS AMI for SQL Express but use a separate Linux Oracle database server without any issues.  However, we are considering swapping our database servers to Oracle RDS on AWS and I am wondering if anybody has had success with this setup.

Are there any update / experience since then? As far as I know, the current documentation doesn't mention Oracle.
