All,
we experienced an incident today where we had a geocoding service that was stopping and starting its own arcsocs in attempt to start up. this was happening 10s of times within an hour and ultimately took down our entire arcgis server. while on the task manager i could see the ArcSOC.exe for "goecodeserver" come and go and come and go, etc, etc.
has anyone experienced this before? does anyone know what would cause this?
