ArcGIS Server Manager Statistics Fails to Load

I wanted to throw this out there as I haven't been able to come up with an answer in my searches. I just upgraded to Enterprise 11.4 hoping that this issue would have resolved itself. This issue also occurred in Enterprise 11.2.

Fairly regularly when I open Server Manager and select the Statistics tab from the Logs, not all 3 charts are displayed. I use this for a quick review of how things are looking. Sometimes none of them appear or just one or two. When I open the Developer Tools I see lots of errors saying Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSUFFICIENT_RESOURCES. This is shown int he screenshot. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

If the browser is throwing those console errors then can we check and confirm that the Enterprise/Server machine has enough Memory?

If there is enough then how many services are on the Server Site? I haven't seen this error specifically in relation to a large number of services, but have observed unusual behaviour when a site has more than 150 services, particularly with these all running on the dedicated instance pool.

Hope that helps,

David

That's a really good point. We have a ton of services so that is sort of what I was thinking it was related to. I'll keep an eye out for anything that might help relieve it.

Sounds like it might be a potential fix! It is one of those difficult issues that only comes up once everything has been validated on an install and the system is scaled up.

It seems to be a general issue with Windows and how many services can be running at once. Usually the way past it is standing up a new hosting server to separate services between two machines, or moving services to the shared instance pool.

Do give me a shout (via an @ mention or reply!) if you have any other questions on this,
