Hello Everyone,

ESRI Support Team, share us below steps to Deauthorize and Generate a New license for ArcGIS Server :

  1. Navigate to MyEsri> Licensing> License Files> ArcGIS Server and Desktop.
  2. For the license with this file ID XXXXX> click on the cancel file icon in red.
  3. Now that license is canceled. Please wait for five minutes before generating a new one.
  4. To generate a new license, navigate back to the Licensing tab> Start Licensing.
  5. Click on Enterprise:
    Product: ArcGIS Enterprise
    Version: 11.1
    License Type: ArcGIS Server
    Then, hit Next.
  6. Select the Server licensing roles and complete the steps and download the license file.
  7. On your ArcGIS Server machine, navigate to Software Authorization.
  8. Choose the third option for authorization: "I have received an authorization file from Esri and am now ready to finish the authorization process".
  9. Then, browse the authorization file location to import it.

Hi, ArcGIS Server does not have a deauthorization process. You can directly authorize it on the second machine using your prvc or ecp license file.
