ArcGIS Enterprise performance degradation?

Question

Hello,

For some weeks I experience the problem of gradual ArcGIS Enterprise performance degradation.

After a restart it's OK but the performance then degrades gradually and I have to restart frequently.

I have configuration of 2 servers: app. server with ArcGIS Enterprise + web app built with web app builder and MS SQL server.

Did you ever experienced such a behavior?

Hi Michael Ginzburg‌,

What version of ArcGIS Enterprise are you running and is the enterprise all built on one machine?  There could be a number of issues causing this however I would look into your ArcGIS Server and its settings around the life cycle of your services. Some of the settings around Pooling, Processes and Parameters may have to be adjusted to match your organisations requirements. It could also also explain your gradual decline in performance after restarting.

I would also check your systems specification vs the recommended ArcGIS Server 10.8.x system requirements—ArcGIS Enterprise | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise  and ensure its scaled accordingly to your organisation.
