Hi,

I am trying to configure the Arcgis 10.2 on AWS. We have already Arcgis 10.1 running on AWS. Could you please help me how to migrate data from 10.1 to 10.2

What format is your data in? Where is it stored in relation to the ArcGIS Server Install?

ArcGIS Server 10.2 is basically a Service Pack to Server 10.1 (in my opinion), so everything is pretty straight forward to upgrade in place.

Hi,

Data is stored locally on config-store and we tried to copy config-store and directories to new server but it is asking to create a new site. Database is running on a different server.

Hi,

Below folders and files are copied from old server 10.1 to 10.2.

/config-store/services/
/directories/arcgissystem/arcgisinput/
/config-store/data/arcgis-dataspace.xml
/config-store/security/users/
/config-store/security/user-roles/

Now when I try to start Map service I am getting below error.

SEVERE Nov 6, 2013, 10:59:06 PM Failed to construct instance of service 'ABC.MapServer'. null Server
SEVERE Nov 6, 2013, 10:59:06 PM Failed to initialize server object 'ABC': 0x80070002: Server

Could you please help me.
