I got a new CPU and set up the ArcGIS Server.  I copied the the \arcgisserver\ folder from the existing CPU which has ArcGIS Server and a dozen of map services into the new CPU.  All of the created services are displayed in the new CPU's Manager, but stopped.  I tried start some of them, but got
Service Failed to Start - Unable to start the service on 'W-334654.LOCAL', the server may not be running or reachable at this time.
Where the W-334654 is my old CPU's name.  Sinc I copied everything from the exisitng CPU to a new one, the foot-print of the old CPU is stioll there.  Which file I should modify to make the services startable?  Thanks.

Could not simply solve this problem.  I re-installed ArcGIS Server and cleaned up the existing \arcgisserver\ folder.  Then the services can be started.  Thread to be closed.
