Add join not working in published layer

Hi,
I have perform add join on two feature layer i.e. property with Site now i have published the layer on arcgis enterprise server ( version11.3.0 build 51575 ) and on the service side i can view the joined attribute in rest url but the same i am implementing on production sever but threre i am not able to see service.
attached screen shot 1. is rest url where i cannot see site layer in which i have perform the join and 2nd screenshot showing join on feature layer
