Symbol OffSet problem when publishing MSD on ArcGis Server.

Hello all,
           We have a problem when we publish an MSD with a symbol that has an Offset.
No offset is set on the symbol. I got 2 question :
- Is there any patch for this ?
- If not, what is the best software to edit ArcMap symbols.
