Since installing ArcGIS 10 SP4 my layout scale bars have decided to vanish. either when opening an existing mxd or even when inserting a new scale bar into a new layout. This problem did not exist previously. I am running on Win 7, 64 bit, and have XTools Pro 8.1 installed. Again, problem did not exist prior to SP4. This is completely stopping my work as I can't complete a map. Anybody have a solution or work around?
