I'm having a few issues trying to federate my ArcGIS Server with Portal. If I log into Portal using the Initial Administrator Account, federation seems to work ok. This only works if I log in on the actual server where Portal and Server are installed. If I Iog in on my own desktop machine (set up to log in automatically using my Windows log in), the federated server is displayed with a red exclamation mark. If I try and federate from my own machine I get a connection error saying that the ArcGIS Server cannot be accessed. My own Windows log in is a Portal Administrator account and all other actions seem to work OK. Any ideas?
