Map Viewer Filter missing 'in the last'

Running Enterprise 11.1

My date field last_edited_date for one layer is not allowing to filter 'in the last'.  This is for all of my feature classes created in Pro on a SQL database and are hosted feature layers.

I looked at a feature layer created from S123 and that layer has the option so I am trying to figure out if there is a specific setting to allow this?

I'm also missing the "in the last" filter option with all of my DateTime fields in a SQL SDE on Enterprise 11.3. Did you ever find a solution to this?

I created a workaround using an Arcade script for the symbology.
Pending update to 11.4 where hopefully it has been added.
