Invalid spatial reference

error: Invalid spatial reference. Spatial reference must match map's spatial reference. Clear the map layers collection prior to chanching the spatial reference.

it happens only if i using Tiled map service.. during navigation. With Dynamic services everything is ok.

any ideas why could be this happen?

Are you using ArcMap or something else?

Basically, I don't think tiled map services can be reprojected.
