I have a multi-columned format of well IDS and certain depth and concentration readings that displays nicely in Google Earth. I would like to have this same multi-columned format display as annotation to points in ArcMap. When I export the kml to layer, I can see this display in Data view just fine. However, I'd like to plot out a map using this popup format as annotation for points. Is there any way to have this html popup display in Layout View? Is there some HTML to VBscript converter or something similar that is available?
