Hosting Server and DataStore

Hi,

I have been taking "Unable to analysis service " in map side, Portal. Then i went to settings to handle that. A new notice pop-up jumped into me in the settings of servers in Portal for ArcGIS. I attached SS:

Apparently ESRI does not allow to use out of his products. Anyway, the question is , what can be broken if I change my managed database as relational datastore? Yes I read that "information" article but it is about upgrading not this changing.
