I recently created a hosted feature layer in Portal for use in a dashboard. Staff use the dashboard to view properties and then update an attribute field in the feature layer through Survey123. When viewing the data in Portal, the added attributes show correctly. When exporting to Excel from Portal, the added attributes are there. But when bringing the layer into ArcGIS Pro or into FME for processing, the feature layer only shows two updated attributes until you manually insert a row into the table. After that, all records show their updated attributes until you remove the feature layer and bring it back in, then it reverts to only showing two.
Any ideas? This must be a bug as its so specific but I wanted to check if there was an obscure setting I missed
