Color Ramps

Hi ESRI-Users,

as a cartographer I want to use my own Color Ramps in ArcGIS Desktop. But the options in the Style Manager are very poor in my point of view. I have Color Ramps with more than 20 Steps with indivial RGB values. Is there a way to Import such individual Color Ramps or is there only the way with the Style Manager?

Hi Peter,

Please look at the Esri Mapping Center resource page which has some nice color ramps and other useful things to download for cartographers. Look for ColorRamps3.0.

Otherwise you of course can always create own color ramps.
