We just did the Portal / ArcGIS Server federation, now we can'T add a Hosted Server because it says:

So we install ArcGis Datastore, but when we run the configuration wizzard at the end we get this error:

We tried the repair tool but did not work. I tried rebooting the server too, no luck.
