We are on ArcGIS Portal(10.8.1) and the banner is still not working after applying Portal for ArcGIS Application Display Patch.
As recommended by ESRI clearing browser cache does not seem to fix the issue either .

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Hello @bthavara,

That's a troublesome situation. However, I can understand that switch browser on organization level, would not be easy thing. You can also try to leverage "MutationEventsEnabled" property as mentioned in this article shared below:

https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/impact-of-google-chrome-and-microsoft-edge-127-updates...

For more reference utilize the below:

Edge : Microsoft Edge Browser Policy Documentation | Microsoft Learn

Chrome : Chrome Enterprise Policy List & Management | Documentation

As per my understanding, this would be easier than switching the browser as this can be applied through a group policy and should not require an effort from user end.

Hope it helps!

Might not be ideal, however, until you have a solution use a non-Chromium browser , aka Firefox. We're on Portal 11.0 with no patch available so only pathway for now is alternative browser and try and organise an update.
